At Bilspoke, we are obssesed with producing a custom suit that fits you perfectly and you feel good in. All our garments are hand-made by experienced tailors, based on the measurements you supply. Follow our measurement guide carefully and the garments should fit you perfectly. If for any reason they dont, we offer alterations and remakes.

ALTERATIONS

If your garment requires a few adjustments, take it to your local tailor for alterations, and we will refund up to 10% off the cost of your garment.

1- Local Tailor - Take your garments to your local tailor within 7 days of receiving your order.

2- Form & Invoice - Ask your tailor to fill the alterations form provided with your suit, indicating any alterations that were made

3- Email - Send us a copy of the alterations form, along with the invoice from your tailor and a description of your alterations, to custom@bilspoke.com

4- Refund - We will review your details, process a refund within 5 working days. We will also update the measurements on your profile to make sure your next suit fits perfectly.

REMAKES

In rare ocassion your garment does not fit perfectly and it can not be altered, Bilspoke will remake the garment for you.

1- Contact - Let us know that your garments can not be altered within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to send an email to custom@bilspoke.com - describing the issue as accurately as possible, along with 4 photos (views from the front, back, side and jacket buttoned up).

2- Local Tailor- Ask your tailor to fill the alterations form provided with your suit, determining what areas need to be increased or decreased.

3- Email - Send us a copy of the alterations form, to custom@bilspoke.com within 7 days of receiving your garments.We will then update the measurements on your profile.

4- Remake - We will remake the garment as quickly as possible. Please note tha customisation options and fabrics cannot be changed for remakes. Remakes are subject to fabric availability.
